Adult Basic Skills Level 4 (60-min)
In Adult Level 4, skaters learn forward outside edges, forward inside edges, forward crossovers in both directions, backward one-foot glides, backward half-swizze pumps and hockey stops. Skaters will start to prepare for backward crossover work in the next level.

Adult Basic Skills Level 5 & 6

Adult Basic Skills Level 5 / 6 (30-min)
Adult Level 5/6 is the final Adult Basic Skills class before Adult Aspire. Skaters work on backward inside and outside edges, backward crossovers, forward inside and outside three-turns, swing rolls, change of edge, T-stops, lunges, and progressing from two-foot to one-foot spins.

This is the last level of Adult Basic Skills before moving into the Adult Aspire program that focuses on pre-free skate and freeskate levels. In this class, skaters learn forward and backward stroking with crossover patterns, forward inside three-turns, forward outside and inside change of edge, T stop, lunges and two-foot into one-foot spins.

Hockey Skating School
The Adult Hockey Edge Class is designed for adult skaters looking to strengthen their core skating skills and build confidence on the ice. Participants will focus on mastering inside and outside edges, improving balance, and developing long glides for smoother transitions. The class covers forward and backward swizzles, pivots in both directions, and effective starts and stops. Skaters will also practice navigating around cones to refine stride efficiency, agility, and edge precision. With guided instruction and skill-focused drills, this class provides the foundation needed to elevate your skating performance and enjoy the game with greater confidence.
