Gymnastics classes for adult participants are mixed level, 90-minute classes led by our coaches. Must be 18+ to enroll. Our gym is equipped with in-ground trampolines, foam-filled safety pits, and spring-floors for a total body workout. Classes always begin with a warm-up routine and stretches, and end with a cool down. All levels welcome.
